The Becko family, Tarzana, CA
The project begun with the idea of painting a farm scene in only one wall in the baby’s room, but when the Beckos saw the potential, they promptly realized it couldn't just stop there. All four walls, including the ceiling, were painted placing the furniture of the bedroom in the middle of a wonderful landscape: a meadow surrounded with, flowers, trees, a pond, hills, blue skies, puffy white clouds, many different animals, and a barn at the end of an old dirt road. Crossing the threshold is transportation into a magical outdoors world.
Farrel Winn, Studio City, CA
The goal was to bring together the formal living room and formal dining room and create a more feminine and warm feel. Using the client’s favorite rug as the focal element, we used the floral pattern to design a border and ceiling centerpiece above the dining room table. Based on the rug’s color scheme, the walls and a section of the ceiling were painted creating a warm, feminine and unified living area and a very satisfied client.
The Flemings, Sarasota, FL
As animal lovers the Flemings housed a variety of pets, amongst them three pairs of exotic birds. They wanted to give the birdcages a more atural backdrop. After some research we found the image they wanted for that wall. Soon the job expanded through the whole family room, and later to the kitchen and hallways. When they sit in their new recreated family room, it feels as if they are on a giant raft floating down the river.
